  • This puja is performed to reduce the negative effects of planetary doshas like Shani Dosh, Rahu-Ketu Dosh, Mangal Dosh, and to enhance the positive influence of benefic planets.
  • It is especially recommended during major planetary transits, Mahadasha/Antardasha periods, or before important life events like marriage, career changes, or childbirth.
  • The ritual includes chanting of specific Beej Mantras, Homa (fire offerings), and Tarpan (water offerings) for each planet
