Description
Rin Mukti Puja is a sacred Hindu ritual performed to seek freedom from debts (rin), financial burdens, and past karmic obligations. This puja is conducted to remove obstacles related to loans, legal matters, and monetary stress, and to invite financial stability and peace of mind.
Features
- Begins with Sankalp (intention) and invocation of Lord Ganesha to remove hurdles.
- Includes chanting of mantras, offering yellow items, and worship of Goddess Lakshmi for wealth and stability.
- No strict fasting required, but spiritual discipline and purity are essential.
- Can be done individually or with family, often guided by a priest.
Samagri
- Chana dal (split chickpeas)
- Turmeric, kumkum, roli
- Camphor, incense sticks
- Coconut, betel leaves
- Panchamrit (milk, curd, honey, ghee, sugar)
- Fruits and sweets for prasad
- Gangajal (holy water)
- Kalash, copper/silver vessels
- White or yellow cloth
- Mantra book (Shiva mantras, Lakshmi mantras)
